Jerky
 
We make both Regular and Peppered Jerky.  Jerky soaks in our special "jerky juice" recipe for 2 days, then it spends 8-10 hours in our smoke house until it is cooked just right.  The Peppered Jerky is covered with just the right amount of fresh black pepper right before it goes into the smokehouse.  Your Jerky will be packaged in small vacuum sealed bags, with a re-sealable zipper top.  That way, you can enjoy some Jerky any time.  We think you'll agree, this is some of the best Jerky you'll ever taste.
