Here at The Chopping Block, we process your deer and wild hog the way you like it.  In fact, our motto is Your Meat - Your Way! 

Some processors combine meat from many customers, make sausage and burger, then split it up so each customer gets their share.  Not at The Chopping Block!  We know you worked hard to get that deer or wild hog, and we know you want your meat, so we make our burger and sausages in small batches with only your meat.

Another service we provide here is to vacuum seal your meat¹.  This allows for extra long freezer life, and a better tasting finished product.  Not to mention, you'll be able to see what you have in the freezer.

Our cooler is open 24/7, so bring your deer or wild hog by anytime.  If you come after hours, we will call you for cutting instructions.  We process deer, exotics and wild hogs year-round.  We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as your personal check and cash.
